Goodwill Industries to host job fair to fill 80 positions

Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana has 80 jobs to fill for a local employer and will hold a job fair in search of applicants.

Goodwill's job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, and Thursday, April 11, at the 70th Street Job Center at 800 West 70th Street, Shreveport.

North Shreveport Business Association sets membership luncheon

The North Shreveport Business Association is holding a membership luncheon on Tuesday, Jan. 8, at the NWLTC Shreveport campus, Building E Auditorium, at 2010 North Market St.

The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at Noon. Lunch will be catered by Cafe 171 Catering and will cost $12 $12 per NSBA member and $15 for non-members. Reservations are required for a meal.
