Master landscaper to speak in Master Gardener series | Arts & Culture

The Louisiana Master Gardeners Horticulture Series has invited landscape architect Marc Funderburk to speak from 10 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday, Feb. 20, Riverview Hall, 600 Clyde Fant Parkway. The lecture is free.

Funderburk graduated with honors from LSU in 1978 with a Master of Landscape Architect. He was awarded a certificate of Merit from the American Society of Landscape Architects for excellence in graduate studies. He has over 30 years of experience and has received numerous awards for his professional work. He is President of LandPatterns, Inc., Dallas, TX.

Funderburk will speak about S.M.A.R.T. landscapes. S.M.A.R.T. Landscapes are sustainable, manageable, artistic, resourceful, timeless and crafted to the needs of the homeowner.
